You must be eighteen (18) years of age to purchase our products. Vap Stores will not sell products to minors and we reserve the right to cancel any transaction based on our sole discretion where we believe the purchaser intends to purchase products on behalf of a minor.

Product Use

Electronic cigarettes do not cure a smoker’s addiction to nicotine; they merely serve the same purpose as a tobacco cigarette by delivering nicotine to the user. If you suffer from Tobacco/Nicotine Dependence Syndrome, we recommend you visit your healthcare provider to discuss NRT (Nicotine Replacement Therapy) or a nicotine harm reduction programme.

We are not a pharmaceutical company and we do not manufacture or sell medicinal products. We strongly advise that you seek independent medical advice prior to using any of our products.

Please note:

• Nicotine in high doses can be harmful. In concentrations above 2.5% (25mg/ml), nicotine is classified as a poison.
• Some products require warnings and safety information, which you can read on the respective product pages.
• You agree that these products are used at your own risk. Vap Stores will not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage alleged to be caused in connection with the use of, or reliance on, any product we supply.

All our flavourings, whether contained in pre-mixed e-liquids or sold separately as flavour concentrates, are certified as safe for general food use under European and/or USA food safety regulations. However, there is currently no regulation for flavourings specifically for inhalation.

While none of our concentrates or pre-made liquids contain lipid-containing oils, colourings, diacetyl, acetoin, or acetyl propionyl (which have been shown to be harmful through inhalation), Vap Stores cannot be held responsible for any claim or damage arising from the use of food flavourings in e-cigarettes, personal vaporisers, or any other inhalation device.

As with smoking traditional cigarettes, the use of vaporisers and food-safe flavourings is entirely at your own risk. Goods are NOT supplied on a trial basis or a ‘use or return’ basis.

Product Pricing and Ordering

• The total price of goods will be shown at the time of order.
  
  
• The purchase price, including packaging and shipping costs, will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
  
  
• Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. Stock is only confirmed once your payment is completed.
  
  
• If limited stock sells out before you finish payment, Vap Stores cannot guarantee availability.
  
  

Sales Taxes (VAT)

All products are duty paid in the United Arab Emirates and the purchase price includes VAT (sales tax) at the current rate of 5% where applicable.

OUR DELIVERY TERMS WITHIN DUBAI:

1. Same-day delivery 7 days a week within 3 hours.
2. Monday to Sunday 11 am to 11 pm.
3. Orders over 400 AED free delivery.
4. Orders under 400 AED delivery charge is 30 AED.
5. Any order placed after 9:00 pm will delivered on the next day.
6. Cash on delivery & Bank Transfer Only (payment upon visa card not available).
7. Sunday delivery only Dubai & Sharjah.

OUTSIDE DUBAI CITY:

1. 6 working day delivery (Sunday closed)
2. Any order placed before 9.00 PM will be delivered on next day.
3. Orders placed before 1 pm will be delivered the same day
4. Orders placed after 1 pm on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
5. Cash on delivery. Over 400 DHS free delivery.

OUTSIDE CITY AREA:

1. Delivery within 3 days (Sunday closed)
2. More than 180km far from Dubai areas are 50 dhs will be an additional charge.
