Return and Exchange Policy
At Vap Stores, your satisfaction is our priority. Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Customers may visit any nearest Vap Stores outlet in the UAE (Click here for store locations), call our Vap Stores Helpline: +971503303940, or email us at support@vapstores.ae for assistance.
- Products must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Once a product has been opened or used, refunds or exchanges are not applicable due to hygiene and personal safety reasons.
- Any unopened product purchased from Vap Stores online or physical stores can be exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date.
- Refunds for purchases made by credit/debit card will be issued only to the same card used for the transaction. Cash refunds are available only for purchases made directly in Vap Stores outlets.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- 6-month warranty applies to devices only. If a device is found faulty, it can be exchanged within 6 months from the original purchase date (proof of purchase required).
- Warranty claims require a valid purchase invoice.
- Products showing damage due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for refund or exchange. (⚠️ Liquid and physical damages are not covered under warranty.)
- Warranty does not apply to disposables, e-liquids, or accessories.
- Vap Stores reserves the right to accept or reject any warranty claim at its discretion.
